Review for Montgomery Woods Rental Townhouses Apartments

watch out
this place is falling apart very quicky. they ripped out some of the trees and shrubs and never replaced them. the ones they left are halfway up the windows and block sidewalks. there is broken glass in the lawn near the dumpsters. during the summer you can hear all the really old airconditioners trying to cool apts down. some sound like they are about to explode. they have dryers that vent into the apartment, so dont count on keeping your upstairs cool if you try to do laundry during the summer. lighting is a joke here. your lucky if you can see your hand infront of your face if you walk your dog at night. dog waste resecpticals are always full and stink to high heaven. they empty them only when someone complains - like every three weeks. mold growing in apts and you will get nailed for it when you move out.
down at the pool - the tiles are half off and the funiture looks like whatever had been left behind by prev residents.
