Having recently undergone a managerial change, The Brook at Colonial Park makes residents feel right at home. The location is something tenant reviews are consistently mentioning. Found up against Colonial Park Mall and just down the street from Susqehanna Township High School, the apartments offer access to everything, including downtown Harrisburg via Route 22. While reviewers say parking can sometimes be tricky, it is not difficult to manage. Parking is the least of residents’ worries being that they are in such a fantastic area, with such a great staff. For tenants looking for access to a green space, Aspen Hill is your place. Just behind this community, away from the city, there is a large field for a multitude of activities such as pickup baseball, soccer, or a community day. With Target a short drive from the premises, residents will never be at a loss for anything from toiletries to clothing. Two miles away, in Oberlin, tenants’ children have access to Swatara Middle School. Reviews of Aspen Hill have seen both the good and bad. While some tenants see the maintenance to be helpful and the location as important, others feel noisy residents and parking are issues.
