Apartment Review for Hatfield Village Apartments

Overall my experience was okay! I had a rough start in the beginning with the leasing office. The office assistant that helped me out was not on top of suppling me with all the info. I needed. I told them I was moving in on xx date in the morning and he thought the afternoon. Plus when I got there checkbook in hand to sign my lease, they failed to tell me I needed a certified bank check. Luckly my bank was down the road, or I wouldn't have been able to move in. About a week later after moving in I got a call from the leasing office saying they lost my certified check. They did offer to pay for any fees I would incur getting the bank to stop the lost check and to issue me another, but WHO LOSES A CHECK? Other than that I pretty much kept to myself. There was an "ASSAULT" in one of the building before christmas. The girl was doing her laundry 2:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday. That made me feel uncomfortabe for the rest of my stay. I would recommend looking at other places before renting at Hatfield Village! <P>
