Apartment Review for Riverview Landing

Never cleaned, filthy common areas. FBI raid netted three. Flooded out the first week rented by the river. Sewer leak out side our door not yet fixed since reported in July, its now January. Water leak on third floor flooded out the hallway on first floor hall, six weels later sitll not fixed or cleaned. When it rains warer seeps through wall. Stinks like a landfill. <P>
