Review for Belmont Village Apartments

The apartment/complex are ok, the woman who works in the leasing office (Oksana) is the devil. My husband and I lived there for a little over a year before buying our first home. We did need to break our lease to do so but we gave plenty of notice to the office and were aware that we would be penalized. From the moment we informed her of the move she was less than helpful and withheld pertinent information concerning the course of action we needed to take. We found a new tenant to rent the apartment starting August 1, we moved out June 30 but paid July rent. We then came to find out that she allowed the new tenant to move in on July 28 while we are still paying for the apartment! She says we will will be reimbursed for the days he was there that we paid for, we'll have to see if that rings true. The whole place is run in a shady manner, not worth it when there are so many other nice places in the area. The heat is free but doesn't work all the time, the common areas are dirty and there is NO building security.
