Review for Kingswood Apartments

I ALWAYS have to make maintenance requests several times before the problem is actually fixed. They come out right away, but they obviously have no clue what they are doing because I always have to call again. When I moved in, it took 2 months for someone to come and install a dishwasher that actually worked. I also frequently don't have hot water, a problem they like to "fix" often by turning the water off all day long. And I can't even tell you how many times the exterminator has been here. I complain to the management in the office but my woes fall on deaf ears. I have lived in several apartments in the Philadelphia area, and by far this is the worst as far as the maintenance staff goes.
