Review for Marquis Apts Apartments

This place is the ultimate in false advertising. The word luxury should never be used at this place. They cannot even get the air conditioning to work at a steady rate. I live in one of the so called newer A building. The funny part is that the leasing office still is nice and cool while the tenants suffer. If you want to live in a building that falls apart and nothing works and full of ants and bugs then this is the place. The electrical sockets do not even work half the time. Maintenance cannot repair anything and basically just puts a band aid on any problem.

The leasing office could care less about you once you rent. They are rude, lazy and told just to say anything to make you feel better. They change leasing managers every three months. Each time they get somebody new it turns out they are just as rude if not even more then the last person. Especially the new guy, but then what can you expect since he is the owners nephew. I figure they can keep it in the family. My lease is over in Dec. and I cannot wait to get out of here.
