Review for Marquis Apts Apartments

I honestly think the rental office has good intentions.
They seem to have limited resources provided by the owners.
A problem is NEVER fixed the first time. Rarely is it even fixed the 5th time. Everything is sooooo old and money needs to be spend replacing stuff instead of doctoring it up! A/C is down all the time, rarely cools your place.
Hot water is ALWAYS lukewarm. Halls are grungy and dirty.
EVERYTHING needs a good cleaning and painting. I mean EVERYTHING. Bare survival is the deal here. NOT luxury at all. The cleaners and maintenance do the bare minimum. Years of that takes a big toll on residents. It is sooo frustrating to have the same stupid problems over and over and over and fall onto deaf ears. THEY never ask us (they would be afraid of the replies) or tour the property, NEVER, they also would get the same answers from all the residents. They sit in a lovely office and feed the residents BS all day. I recommend renting a house. same money, at least you will have freedom. It's a shame cause it could be nice. The place just is ran sooo cheaply.
