If you want to live in an uptight community, here's where it would be.
I was transferred into the lease halfway through, but regret it. Cost was ridiculous; prices the same w/ or w/o porches. Hallways are dirty, no security. Oksana was freaking crazy and kept giving out different information each time I spoke with her.
Maintenance would come after we complained 3+ times.
Management VERY uptight. My roommates are in no way partying types, but we had 7-8 people over to watch MOVIES, and we got fined for disturbing neighbors.
If you're quiet and in bed by 8, this is a perfect place for you.
