I lived in Kingswood apartments and truthfully; for the rate I received a one bedroom; it was worth it. I got an upgraded kitchen and bathroom. The size is a little small but for one person it is worth it.

Hi, i?ve been living here for a couple years now, and i know the upsides and downsides of the different apartments. Some have problems with parking, others with ethnic food smell, others with dogs, and other problems. If you are looking to move in, I will really help you to make sure you move into a place that will not hate for the next year or so. You can talk with the renting manager and ask which are apartments are available, and i will tell you what are the up-sides and down-sides to each apartment, and which i recommend as the one you should move into. All you have to do is put me as your referrer.

I can tell you that the person i dealt with to get my apartment put me through some ****, and i had to pull teeth to get some of my questions answered. With that said, i will also let you know who you should work with and whom you should avoid.
