Apartment Review for Mill Creek Manor

This place seems nice at first. However, I regret ever living here. Parking is awful during the semester and there are loud parties and garbage everywhere. Management is terrible! I gave my 2-month's notice in Feb that I would not be renewing my lease at the end of April and now 60 days after the end of my lease I get a bill for over $1,300! The scattered-brained and unorganized landlord claims he didn't get 2-months notice and is charging another month's rent plus all these fees for damage and cleaning when the apartment was crappy upon moving in. Too bad he violated terms of my lease and PA law and I will most likely take him to court to get my security deposit back.

Don't live here unless you want a major headache!
