Apartment Review for The Courts At Wetherburn Commons

I am in my 2nd year at The Courts. I recently recommended The Courts to a friend and they told me that there were mostly negative reviews and I couldn't believe it. After I checked it out and read the reviews I felt I had to post one myself. I moved into an apt that the former tenant lived in for 8 months because they had a job transfer. It was like brand new and I love the lay-out of my 2 bed. apt. I occasionally hear my neighbors but that's to be expected in apt. living, nothing out of the ordinary. I also noticed the dead patches in the lawn so I asked one of the guys inspecting the lawn and he told me that after several grass reseedings that failed that they felt it was due to a fungus. I've noticed other lawns in residential areas that have the same dead patches. I LOVE IT HERE. The location is fantastic for my job and the stores and restaurants at Richmond Square are within walking distance, which was great this past winter with all the snow. The staff at The Courts, have always responded efficiently to my requests and the residents are so friendly. I have a dog who has made many friends and so have I. Maybe only unhappy people post reviews while those that are happy don't.
