Review for Brookside Manor Apartments Rental Office Apartments

I think the property manger and the maintenance supervisor stinks. The leasing proffessionals Dot and Jim are good and they are the only reason i stayed their. The same goes for the maintenace guys Henry, Mok and tony. The maintenance supervisor is a bully and tries to pass on his maintenance cost to you on your move out. On my last week there, he told me that i shd go to home depot and replace the blinds if it gets broken from the date of his inspection to the move out date. When i asked him to give it to me in writing and explained to him he has to bear the cost since i have already paid the rent. He kept quite. They try to pass on their maintenance charges to you and do not turn around when they have to repalce appliances. BEWARE. The property manager is in the least helpful and her standard answer to any inquiries is " I do not know". The earlier property manager was very helpul and friendly and that is the reason we stayed on. But after the change i recommend to all my friends never go their.
