Review for 470 Ridge Road Apartments

After renting at this location for 3 years it was time to move on. The renting conditions are okay but when it came time to collect my security deposit there was trouble. The owner keep making deductions for items that I felt were uncalled for. For an example he reduced my security deposit for not cleaning the oven, or having dust on the windows. Normally the owner would to the "fix up" before a new renter moves in but he was not able to do it this time so he had to hire proffessionals. Well to offset the cost he hit my security deposit.

Another problem with this unit is the noise. If you enjoy hearing people have sex or hear their conversations you will love this place. Don't forget they can hear you.

Please note, I only used this appartment for a place to sleep I was home for only a few hours a night to sleep.
