Review for Summer Chase Apartments

Considering that this complex is less than 5 years old, you would think that the construction would be a little more stable. The caulk work under the front door is cracked and moldy, letting in all of the nice little bugs into the apartment. The heater worked in one room, but the vent didn't get the heat distributed to the rest of the apartment. They complain about the dog waste, yet you pay extra EVERY MONTH FOR THEM TO PICK UP THE CRAP!

*SIGH* So much money wasted...
