Review for Summer Chase Apartments

Do not let the alluring looks of the apartments with garages and amenities fool you. I live in a two bedroom and pay a ridiculous rent amount to hear nothing but thunder and lightning along with your everyday earthquake happening. The walls and floors are terrible for sound! Spoke with many lower level renters and had the same reply from all of them, NOISY! The management had been notified by many, but to no avail, nothing was done. The maintenance is ok, but very limited with what they can do, and have to constantly be reminded of requests! I am still waiting for my screen door from last summer 2003! They constantly complain of dog crap and say they will charge more for rent if they have to clean it up, well this place is so expensive, why not charge more, like it will matter. The cable TV
