Review for Summer Chase Apartments

The NOISE is insane...terrible construction. Rent is wayyyyyy too high for what you get. Management has been getting better except for one worthless employee who has no right being in a position where she has to deal with people, especially people that pay the kind of rent you do at Summer Chase. If there were a -7 in the ratings for noise, I'd give it a -22.

Want a great place nearby...go to the Klein company apartments in Royersford...either Chestnut Pointe or Walnut Crossing. Don't let the layouts fool you...I wouldn't recommend Summer Chase to an enemy!
