I searched over 30 complexes when I moved to the area.
The Brambles definitely gives you the best value for your money.
Its one of the newest and most spacious.
It is in a great location but you don't hear the highway(s) at all.
It's a 5 minute walk to a bus stop to get to downtown in 15 minutes
I had a maintenance request last week for a leaky sink and it was fixed the next day.
The office staff is very friendly and seems genuinely concerned and attentive to your opinions.
They were even flexible with my lease terms because of my awkward move in date.
Appliances are new and nice and i just got new windows to make the apt even more energy efficient.
Its december and I havent needed to turn my heat on yet.

The new management staff is great! THANK GOD! They actually call you back and are very friendly and helpful! The rent can be a little steep for some, but it's a very nice community! The utilities are pretty decent too!

1. Very bad management
2. apartment kitchen is very small
3. no storage
4. if you find the bed bugs in your apartment after joining one or two months. You have to pay above 500 dollors for treatment.
