1. accepts pets (includding big dogs)
2. great location

cons
1. doggie waste land for a side yard
2. everthing is 30 yrs. old, dosen't work and won't replace
3. the older group, if they know you can't move to anther place they,ll take u 4 all ur worth
4. they neglect the elderly
5. every little miss daisy in this place has a nightmare to share
