Review for Waterford Landing Luxury Apartments

If you're looking for rude office staff and lots of noise, move here! After living there for only 1 week the noise from the 21 yr old college kid and all of his friends living above me was so bad, that on one morning at 3am I had to call the local police. The next morning, I went to the leasing office, and spoke with the manager only to find out the kid above me just told his side of the story before I got there . He basically took the kid's side, and the noise continued. All toll this had been going on for 5 months with no help from the property manager only the police. Finally I confronted the kid, and told him to keep the noise down. That did not work, it got worse and when I told the property manager that I would call the police again, he finally moved the kid to another apartment.

Also, the pet areas were beyong disgusting. There was poo everywhere! My wife was going to complain to the office, but refused to go by herself because she did not want to deal with the mean, nasty, and disgusting office staff alone.

Finally, I found a house to move into, and the apartment ripped me off big time! We were scheduled to move out on the 2nd of the month, hoping to just pay a pro-rated fee for the two days but, the unaccomodating property manager charged me for the entire month! The apartment inside was nice, the pool was great, but overall it was a terrible experiance.
