Apartment Review for Thorn Run Apartments

DOn't even think about it - The place is run down and outdated. The property manager is a B&^$H. Everything is your faults. She yells at the kids at the pool that they make too much noise - REALLY - Its a pool, summer, and kids play. Only the buildings near the road and the office look nice. The buildings in back look like crap - can't we have some flowers. The dog policy is a joke - I had to give away my dogs because they were too large - only to find out ALOT of people have large dogs 50-75 pounds plus. There are pitts and rotts. Tenant dog attacks other people's dogs and nothing is done. The windows and doors are poorly maintained and outdated - there is no raeson to have a $250 electric bill - the air conditioning goes right out the window - and there is no insulation. The maintenance and ground crews are wonderful and will go out of their way to help you - unless Rosemary gets in the way and stops them. Broken appliances are replaced with even older appliances. There are alos hoarders living in the buildings - you cannot even walk into the apartment should something need repair - and Rosemary turns a blind eye because 'she likes them'. if she dislikes you for any reason - she looks for any small thing to throw you out or not renew your lease. And Mooncrest has quite the drug trade going on - to which everyone ignores - even the police.
