Apartment Review for The Avenel At Montgomery Square

The management are very nice. The grounds are kept very clean. The apartments are well laid out.

The building seem to be made cheaply. Sound comes through very easly. Smells like smoking or cooking come through easy.

Bags for dog messes are located all around the area which is great but they are never filled with bags to use.

Lighting in some sections have been out at night for 6 months now. A lot of crime. Talking with the other people in the apartments (everyone is very firendly) you will notice that at least once a week there is a break in. 2 cars that I have noticed have been left on blocks with tires gone! Management said the one guy was just joking around. Yea...

When it comes to fees they say one thing and mean another. If they tell you pet fee is included, or you get a month free, or no hidden fees. Think again. They will go back on what they say.
