Positive Apartment Reviews and Ratings
Quasi-luxury living. Very nice overall, with some ( over a year ago )

Prps: Attractive tri-level townhome style apartments. Ours is 1250sf. Roomy, decent fixtures and appliances. Tile floors in upstairs baths, wood lam in kitchen and front-door area. Carpeted otherwise. Mini-blinds provided. Nicely designed layouts. Open floor plans on first floor. Full size washer/dryer. Large master B/R, cathedral ceiling, master bath with dual sinks, large shower, seperate toilet room, walk-in closet. Pre-wired for cable. Above average kitchen (for an apartment anyway) with good cabinet and counter space, microwave, d/w, gas oven stove, refrigerator. Finished den in basement, unfinished storage room. Cieling fans. Club house, pool (with lifeguard in summer), workout room, walking trails that link to other community trails, close to shopping yet secluded. Tennis courts. Safe, relatively quiet. Cats and dogs allowed. Doggy park. Gas hot air heat. Central Air. 40 gal water heaters. Excellent responsive maintenance and snow removal. Nicely landscaped with several kiddie play areas.
Cons: At $1600+ priced on the high side. Heating system poorly designed in that the upstairs gets too hot in summer and cold in winter. Stone facade acts as a heat absorber in the summer. Refrigerator, although average looking, is a bit on the small side. Depending on unit chosen may be far from parking area. Lack of cross-ventilation (except for end units they're all surrounded on three sides). Kitchen fan not vented outdoors. Smoke alarms very touchy (the least amount of oven smoke sets them off). Can hear other tenant's surround sound systems, otherwise fairly quiet. Bath fans don't exhaust all that well.
