I currently live at Regency and I agree with the management statement. The woman, Lynn Charles is horrible. She is nice in the beginning but when she's wrong, she will not admit it. She gets an attitude and she's rude. She has no compassion and she doesn't care about the tenants. I have a favor to ask, if anyone know who her boss is, I would really like to know. I'm very annoyed at the way she just recently behaved with an issue and she deserves to be addressed by her superior. So if anyone knows who she and the other woman report to, and can forward that information along, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have been living here at The Townhomes Of Regency Place for five years, and coming to Philly from NY i had very high standard for my living Quaters and i can truly say that Regency has met each and every one of them, from the Spacious apartments to Management Staff. From the first time i step foot in the Management Office until now they have been nothing less than polite to me and my family members,sometimes even going beyond the call of Duty, Doug the Maintenance man is on call 24/7 or so the people think. but he would never says no, if he can help. <P>
(So I say to the nay sayers) , Management are only humans , trying to do there job, they are not miracle workers as ye suppose. You only get back what you put out, Peace & Blessings <P>
