Review for 1930 Chestnut Street Apartments

Living here has been a total nightmare. The property management company claims to be the best in the city but has failed to meet any of my (or anyone elses) expectations. There have been numerous 'false alarm' fires which have caused all the tenants to run down the stairs and then after waiting for the fire company, right back upstairs (which we have to walk up to bc the elevators arent working). The management promised a gym, cheap air/heating bills, wall to wall plush carpeting in every unit, a bike rack ....and on and on. I cannot believe that they charge so much to live there when they dont even have kitchen cabinets big enough to fit my plates or a silverware drawer. Think before you actually sign a lease here, or I promise you will regret it.
