Review for 1930 Chestnut Street Apartments

This apartment appears to be a nice place to live, but the issues that come with it are not worth it. There are long periods of time where we have no hot water (which we have to pay for), and the management company seems not to care about compensating us for our discomfort. They have broken many promises to the tenants (low heat/AC bills, gym in building, bike rack, etc). Whats worse is they haven't even taken the time to fix one of the elevators that has been broken for months. This place is not worth your time or your money.
