Review for 1930 Chestnut Street Apartments

having lived here for 6 months... I can't believe the amount of money being paid for rent here. The hot water issue is an ongoing problem, false fire alarms, and a crappy maintenance crew. (If you can call it a crew?) It's just bullsh*t that as tenants we have to put up with this stuff. The low utility bills they promised have been non-existant. I had lower bills in all other apts. I have lived in. I would definitely think twice about moving in to 1930 Chestnut St. or even a Turchi Property! DON'T DO IT! YOU WILL REGRET IT LATER!!
