This building has had nothing but problems. Broken elevators is a regualr occorance. I was stuck in a broken elevator for 45 minutes one evening. Fire alarms often goign off for no apparent reason. Electricity going out. No hot water. Now the garbage shoot is broken.
Calling the Turchi office does not do much good.
For how long does one have to hear "I am sorry about____" Seems to me Turchi received money from the city for the renovation yet corners were cut.
