I would be ashamed to have my name on a building such as this. While at first glace it may seem nice, if you rent here, the nightmares will begin, such as no hot water some mornings, false fire alarms, maintenance staff who cannot fix problems and enter your apartment at will.
The management cares only about receiving your rental payment, not the satisfaction of tenants. They do not respond in any meaningful way to tenant complaints, and suggest the tenants should not talk to each other so much. Perhaps that's because they want everyone to feel their problem is isolated!
The parking arrangement stinks, the apartments are poorly insulated, and I would not count on them following through on any promises (such as fitness facilities).
The company's focus is currently on their condominium project. I feel sorry for those buying in that building! At least at 1930, it's a one year lease and then you can move out. All the tenants I know are not renewing their lease, so maybe new people will be able to cut a deal for lower rent if they get desperate enough. Honestly, I don't think Turchi cares what happens.
