Management lies and misleads. Problems do not get fixed, or when they do, they come back. Barbara always says that you're the only one with the problem. The 6mo+ long problem with hot water has resurfaced. All 3 elevators broke at the same time. They're still working on fixing one of them.

If Katie shows you the apartment, ask her to show you the dryer vent. She can't because there isn't one! When you do laundry the apartment gets damp. It's just wrong, but they won't spend the money to install them.

Management is trying to win a war of attrition and tire you out. All they care about it collecting rent - even if it's at the expense of the Turchi reputation. It's going to catch up with John Turchi. Do not move here.
