Review for 1930 Chestnut Street Apartments

Last fall, I fell into their trap. I was looking for an apartment to rent for the academic year which I could then sublet for the summer. Turchi Management of course agreed, no questions asked. The lease of course backs up the notion that management consent is available in case the tenant desires to sublet. It was supposed to be a mere formality.

Now, the crook in chief at Turchi is attempting to cast a whole new notion of what the term in the lease means. Little does he know that I will land a complaint for compensatory and punitive damages against them before they get another cent out of me.

If there were a scale for rudeness and lack of professional ethics, Turchi would be off the charts. My recommendation is: if you must deal with them at all, remember that you are dealing with a bunch of thugs out of Cosa Nostra in the 1950s! Good luck!
