Lived in 1930 Chestnut St. from 2003-2005, absolutely the worst management ever experienced too bad they could not do better as the apartment has good location and resonable prices.
False advertising of amenities available (come echkt in person!)
Constant flase fire alarm - 1-2 time a month
Elevator problems - outage 4 days/month
No hot watter - 2-4 days/month
Management team not addressing these issues but instead threatened to sue the grassroot tenants association formed to prevent recurring issues.
