Review for 1930 Chestnut Street Apartments

There have been four property managers in the last ten months...they, like the maintenance staff, keep getting fired. Turchi's answer is to keep firing people. They clearly don't have the human touch. The management is condescending and defensive. Potential tenants were told that a gym was going to be installed in the basement...never happened. Total bait and switch. No sympathy. No reliability. No communication. The apartments are pretty, but not worth it.
