Review for 1930 Chestnut Street Apartments

to whoever gave our apartment a positive review, i suspect you were given a nice incentive to do so (as has happened with other recommenders). I would not even recommend this place to enemies. Turchi has made numerous threats to renters, especially the ones that are trying to positively solve the problems of the buildings. And if you think it really can not be this bad, you are wrong. I certainly was.
