Review for 2121 Market Apartments

Do not live here. There is a huge 55 story construction project next door that works 6 days a week and the walls within the building are paper thin. There is no insulation between the walls. When I was living here, I could hear my neighbor sneeze. The windows are not of good quality they leak water and they also leak air. So in the winter you are freezing and in the summer you jack up the AC but it doesn't matter cause it just leaks out through the windows. Also, there is a water pipe issue within the building. Some of the units receive torrential downpour water and have extensive water damage. The unit that was next to mine they couldn't rent out again because the water damage was so bad. My unit had outrageous water bills claiming I was using 100 gallons of water a day and I was stuck with these bills. The management office doesn't care about anything as long as it doesn't cost them.
