Review for Ambassador Apartments

I loe my apartment..it is HUGE at a good price, but dont except A.) Anything to get fixed if it's broken B) To get your damage deposit back. You will never meet the landlord, he keeps it that way. You have to deal with his secretary, who's pissed off all the time because everyone yells at her because they can't get to him! Parking is a mess because some of the old folks think that the spots are "theirs," so they put a chair or a cone in their spot, but there is no assigned parking. Someone keeps feeding the stray cats. The grounds are beautiful, the apartment itself is nice to show off, but it used to be better. He let a Korean family move in upstairs and no lie, they have 6 or 7 kids up there...and they let them bang pots and pans together. wasnt this way last year! beware, the man is CHEAP!
