BLUE GRASS ESTATES IS PERFECTLY LOCATED IN THE HEART OF NORTHEAST, PHILADELPHIA. A SERENE PARK-LIKE SETTING THAT IS CLOSE TO FINE DINERS, RESTAURANTS AND SUPERB SHOPPING AND TRANSPERTATION MAKE UP THE CHARM OF THIS APARTMENT LIVING EXPERIENCE.
