Avoid all apartments managed by Lindy properties. they manage their own electric which allows them to charge as much as they want on your electricv bill. We very seldomly stayed in the apartment in september we stayed some place else most of the time, so how did our electric bill come to $178.00? you figure it out. Security allows anyone in your building, that's probably how some girl was murdered there some years back. Management also doesn't like to give back your security deposit when you move out. We left our apartment in mint condition, management charge us for grease stain on stove $15.00 and spot on carpet $55.00, this d I don't consider damages. Lindy kept our $780.00 security deposit and tried to sue us for other trumped up charges. If you have to move into one of their apartments I would strongly suggest that you hold onto all paper work and hire a lawyer. Save yourself some headach and JUST DON'T MOVE INTO ANY APARTMENTS MANAGED BY LINDY, YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!!!!! ALSO WHEN YOU CHECK OTHER WEBSITE RATINGS ON ANY OF LINDY APARTMENTS , PLEASE DON'T IGNORE THE NEGATIVE RATINGS 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 IT'S TRUE!
