Extremely unsafe neighborhood and tons of apartments have been broken into. The management has done very little about this. Not a good place to walk around by yourself at night. A pretty complex, but superficially nice. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors at all times Don't live on the first floor unless you don't want to sleep at night. They don't uphold the at least 80% carpeting rule.
