Review for Carlton Park Apartments

Carlton Park Apartments look great outside and inside, but once you are there you realize that you can hear every word that is said in the other three apartments in your building through paper thin walls and floors. Storage is available in the basement which floods every time it rains. Maintenance needs to be called every day for at least three weeks before anything is done. Also, the management is terrible. They threatened to sue us for not paying rent when their own staff said that we had no more rent to pay. They then tried to get back at us by taking our security deposit for stuff that was either in excellent condition or we had written down as a problem when we moved in. Lastly, and most importantly, there is not a single downstairs apartment there that has not been broken into at least once in the last year. Police say that they think someone working for the company is robbing everyone! The only security that Carlton Park has offered to their residents are a few stadium lights, but even after those were placed the people downstairs from me were robbed three times. On top of that the front doors can be kicked in and maintenance will not replace the doors or the frames to make things more secure. All in all...do not judge this book by its cover!!!
