My wife and I have lived here for 2+ years. It is not like any old apt. more like a first house. Complete with hardwood floors, basement, and even a gardening area if you so choose. The management jacked us for water/gas halfway through the first year but what can you expect?
We move out in a month or two into our first actual home and I definitely recommend you snag our place right away. But there is one caveat, the buildings are old and the service just maintains things never really replaces them.
