At fist look the Chelsea looked great. After you move in is another story. Everything they promised you gym and pool you will not have, you may have it if you plan on staying there for 3 to 5 years down the road. When I moved in last year they told me everything would be done by the spring of 2007 then it was September of 2007. It’s like you were living on a big construction site and dog kennel. Maintenance never fixed your problems on time. You will never be able to get in touch with Brandy she is the property manager and the worst one I ever had to deal with. In the year I was their I almost got bit by someone’s dog who was not on a leach, My pilot always had to be re-lit, which means I never had heat, My bathroom and kitchen flooded because of a leak the apartment upstairs had. The guy with the leak upstairs told me that he did not have water for three days because of the leak. My neighbors were nice, but I guess we all came together because we were all dealing with crazy situation that were happening in our apartments that never seem to be managements priority. Four people moved just on my floor. Management was to busy with the new buildings that were being built for the past 3 years. Anyway good luck to anyone who moves to the Chelsea
