Horrible Management

management is not insite. My heat broke last year and the house was 40* and it took 3 days to get someone to come fix it. NOw all of our utility bills are averaged and therefore I am paying for all the jerks with the heat on high and the windows open. The apartments look lovely but the staff ruins the experience.
