Review for Gateway Towers Apartments

i've lived in gateway towers for 2 years. when i moved in it was great, i loved it here. it was quiet and the neighbors were nice. now i get new neighbors every month. they are always evicting people for not paying rent. they let just anyone move in. i can hear my new neighbors' domestic disputes right through the thin wall. my neighbor smokes out on the balcony by the garbage chute (which always STINKS like trash and gets clogged weekly) making the hallway smell like an ashtray. they built luxury apartments recently and since then they don't care about the old units or the tenents inside. they didn't build parking lots to go with these new apartments, so now there is NO parking for us. they send the cops in to ticket the private parking lot. it's horrendous. freight trains go by all the time and shake the whole building. there is a big crack in my ceiling from it and it keeps getting bigger. there is a sewer grate right out front and it stinks like sewer gas, you can hardly breath in the summer. i can't wait to move out of this place! it's become a real nightmare.
