Review for Gateway Towers Apartments

it's a mystery to me why i have a cold shower about 3 times a week yet when i try to wash my dishes (by hand, no dishwasher) the water is burning hot. it seems like there is something wrong with the pipes at least 3 times a month if not more. i turn on the faucet and air shoots out. rocks came falling out of my vents the other day. that was interesting. there is NO PARKING. they have a big lot, but twice as many cars so you do the math. and there is a mysterious sonic-boom type thing every day that shakes the whole building. very weird. but i have to say that it's pretty safe here for the most part. i've never had any problems in that respect. and as far as maintenance goes, they seem to do a pretty good job compared to most places i've lived. so if you don't have a car and you don't mind cold showers, this is the place for you.
