This Place Is Horrible

Let's see where do I begin. First of all, I have lived at this complex for almost 2 years now in the Buckingham building. At first it seemed too good to be true - plenty of parking, nice sized apartments, clean, friendly neighbors, close to 95, 76 the Walt Whitman bridge, etc... and the office staff were super nice. So I said, what the hell, I'll give it a shot. Boy was I wrong! This place is absolutely terrible. I really don't like to say anything bad about anyone but, the office staff are nice to you at first, but then after you move in that's when reality sets in. The maintenance crew are pretty nice, but they are under the watchful eye of Bonnie. This woman has issues, one day she will be as nice as pie to you and other days she is the worlds worst. I really have never had a problem with Marva or Janice, Marva has always been nice to me as well as Jan. But again they work underneath Bonnie, who is a super sneaky Bitch!!!! I really don't have any issues with my apartment, it's ok with me, for now! The washer's and dryer's are ALWAYS broken on all of the floors, the trash is always backed up in the trash chute, the hallway's smell terrible, etc... Then.... let's talk about the two, yes 2 huge fire's that broke out within the last month here at the wonderful Gateway Towers Community!!! I feel terrible about the people who are without a place to live and all of their belongings are ruined because of smoke and water damage from the fires. The first fire, was in the Buckingham building (my building) started by candles (who knows maybe they didn't have electric), by crack heads or other idiots that the leasing office rented to, that they should be doing background checks on these ghetto infested rodents! (If I wanted to live in the projects, I would have stood in the old area where I came from) Then this past weekend another fire broke out in the Abbey building (kind of curious to see how this was started, it's kind of fishy how there were two fires in a one month span) Again, instead of evicting the people who started the first fire, they were relocated to The Abbey building (Hey, maybe they started the second fire too!!!) At first I felt safe living here but not anymore. So needless to say, I will NOT be renewing my lease in the upcoming year!!!!
