Review for Gateway Towers Apartments

In Aug 06 there was a fire that devastated several floors. Another one that hit the apartment building next to this one (another Gateway Tower apartment) 2 weeks apart. NINE months later, NOTHING has been replaced or refurbished EXCEPT a makeshift rug in the hall ways. Elevators smell of pet urine and there currently is no rug in the one elevator (I believe it was removed by a disgruntled tenet from having to smell the urine bouquet-disgraceful!) You have to pay extra for pets but somehow the mice that find their way into my apartment are fee of cost I guess. This place is gross, just horrific. As a sane adult, I would encourage other options when choosing an apartment.
