Review for Gateway Towers Apartments

The lobby and elevators always smells like Sh%@t, from all the pets. Mgnt. sends out letters saying pets can't ride the elevators and the staff and Mngt are the main coulprets and they don't inforce it w/ the tenets. Dogs are supposed to be on leashes at all time and you have these little toy dogs running up the hall ways attacking people (in a friendly way) but so what.

Don't let you forget to put your new registration stickers or forget to get your inspection done on your car because they are quick to put a TOW sticker on it. Can't these idiots see that it is a new car and it may have slipped your mine.

They had a fire almost 1 year ago 1month shy to be exact and managment has not yet completed the renovations. instead of riping up all the nasty carpet in the lobby they removed it cleaned it and put it back. and it still has a nasty odor. they did reduce eveyones rent by $30 until they finish the renovations but it is the pits around here and they need to reduce by $100.

When I first came to see the apartments in the Gatewat Towers they lord you in by saying they were building the pool and sauna and wirlpool, but once they finished letters went out stating that if you did not live in the enclaves that all the tenants from the Gateway Towers would have to pay yearly fee of $750 to use the facilities. They must have been smoken crack who ever came up with that. then they thought they were doing you a favor by reducuing the fee to $350 what a joke. No one even uses the damn thing so I guess it back fired on them.

Your apartment is what you make it but over all if I knew what I know now I would have probably moved somewhere else.

That Bonni is the most horribal person you could ever have to do business with. the other two ladies are wonderful.
