Review for Greenleaf Gardens Apartments

This particular establishment took almost two months before the apartment was "ready", after they told me I could move within two weeks. The maintenance that was done before I moved in was sloppy and looked rushed. There was a leak from the previous year that was obviously never fixed, just painted over, in the ceiling. Needless to say the leak started up again. The heat does not work consistently. There has been a broken light in the back of the apartment building since I moved in in June. There is always trash and garbage in the back driveway to the building (on the ground, in the grass, and in the dumpsters which don't get emptied regularly). The noise level is bad at times...basically whenever someone comes in or out the front door as it is broken and SLAMS very loudly! The neighbors play loud music at very early hours of the morning. Also, sometimes the fire alarm just goes off (with no fire) and sounds for hours! The office is very slow to respond to your concerns, and when they finally address them, getting the problem fixed is an even worse headache. When I moved in one of the screens to a window in the kitchen was damaged and so removed by maintenance so that it could be replaced. That screen is still not replaced and I was told by the office that I would need to buy my own screen, even though all the other windows in the apartmens came with a screen (as most windows do!). I went without electricity for a weekend. I went without water for a day! It wasn't because I didn't pay the bill, but instead because of whatever shotty work they were doing that caused it to be off and the call center didn't feel it was an emergency and didn't deserve immediate attention! Trust me! Do not move here!!!!!
