am living there now and have had little complaints- ac has been a bit spotty, especailly in this heat- but other than that the apt is great. the building is safe and the balcony cant be beat. try and find another apt building with a 30 foot, covered porch in the city.... yeah right. rent may be higher than the other places in the area, but it is worth it- everything else for blocks is just old brownstones. oh, and they allow pets of all kinds. considering what my other options were considering i have a dog... All in all, a good place to live in a great, central location.
